Most people don't like it the first time they try it. After a while you can't go without it. It is a little sour, but if you really want to try something truly amazing then try to make Kimchi-jjigae 김치찌개. It blew my mind the first time I. Good luck finding some kimchi and then making something with it. Curious to see what you can come up with.

Well, you caught me hook, line, and sinker with this comment @qurator! I had to try it, but could not find any in our local stores, so ended up making a [White Kimchi](https://peakd.com/hive-180569/@lizelle/gifts-from-my-kitchen-white-kimchi-for-hive-top-chef) for this week's contest! Looking forward to tasting it once it's fermented! Thank you for the challenge, I will be making another batch, and try it with the traditional fish or prawn sauce!
