Introducing Steem to the Chinese market. 

If I had my own resources to fund the development of a mobile app I would already be on it.

Where are we going to find a billion dollars + of investment for a brand new virgin user base that wants a stake in the reward pool?

The only answer is China. (India doesn't have that kind of money.)

China is fricking loaded and their market is starved of social media (facebook, twitter and youtube are all banned!)

I'm already based in Beijing and have connections who do lots of business in Shenzhen, China's tech/silicon valley heart-land. 

I could also produce a roadmap and a white paper, if any of the witnesses thought it could be a worthwhile adventure.

Honestly, if you want to fix the problem of this skewed rewards pool that is too distributed and going nowhere, look to China for the biggest capital infusion this blockchain will have ever seen. This will help deal with inflation, and most importantly, buy this platform time to grow and mature.
