A mobile web-browser app that can stream social media content from outside sources, instagram/facebook, then, like bookmarking a page, upvoting can be attached to particular feeds. Not sure about rights, but, as long as the browser app allows advertising from specific social media streams to propagate into the browser, I think, other social media platforms will be ok with an expanded platform for ad-content dissemination. Safari/Chrome/Firefox can stream myriad online content to your computer, so too, can a Steemit Social Media browser.
