One of the best things about steemit community is that people support each other and ask each other for ideas and improvements. If I would suggest something it would be a maybe only better marketing campaign. 
I would love to see more and more people discovering this community because for only a week her i changed my mindset and I am really happy seeing all these people here going for their goals. 
What I expect in 2018 is that you won't change too many things. Keep it simple, it is already really a productive platform. Just get more people together !
