What are your favorite C25K program?

I used to run regularly a couple of months ago but stopped due to problems in my legs but I am back now. However, my stamina is shot (which was not that great to begin with) I used to run about 3K before I had to stop now I couldn't get past 1.5K all week. Any suggestions?
