With the recent changes in Steemit's framework, the following line should be changed in the Dockerfile from:
`ENV STEEMD_HTTP_URL https://steemd.steemitdev.com`
to
`ENV STEEMD_HTTP_URL https://api.steemit.com`

Otherwise it will spit a load of RPCError and not synchronize.
