I passed the video and since I think once you see a dozen or so zoom videos you've seen em all but wanted to say that the reason we know about Mandelbrot is because this was discovered when we were first trying to send digital "packets" through a network, there was an ever repeating sequence when the packets dropped off, no matter how good the cable / connection was.
