Thanks for interest. SCT UNION is a voting group that rents SCT SCOT POWER from users and votes on the trending post and divides the rewards based on delegation rate. The difference with existing voting groups is that delegators cannot get a vote on their posts from SCT UNION. Currently there is no limit for participation, but I am planning to start with Korean community because SCT UNION is in the test phase.
