For security reasons, Steemit should always give a warning when any link is clicked which takes the user outside of Steemit. Facebook does this for a reason and Steemit needs to at least do this to protect it's users.

That's a good idea. It isn't much of a problem for me because I usually use Steemit on my desktop and I can just hover over a link and chrome will show the address at the bottom of the screen, but it isn't so simple for mobile users.
