There are a number of angles. The incentive to consolidate SP into your identity account versus spreading it across n equal-powered accounts, in theory, makes it easier to audit because fewer total number of votes need to be reviewed. We want to run a simulation based on voting behavior on the site using historical data to see what the payout delta would have been on various posts over the last few months, things like that. Is that the sort of thing you're looking for?
