It seems to me that you could use this as a: 1) democratic mechanism to ensure certain, individuals can be entrusted by the community to find the value on the platform and ensure it is rewarded 2) mechanism through which Steem businesses can pay their voluntary workers Correct me if I have misunderstood. This has amazing scope going forwards!
