Yes, the discussion is good and the more that get involved the better. My "too early" comment wasn't about you bringing it up, just adding my views to the chain :) And yes, the components of the EIP have been in discussion throughout the community for a long time, but finding concentration as well as spread of discussion is understandably hard here :)
