Let's make minnows curate! @delega

Ok so I saw @nextgencrypto dropped the link for @speakyourmind in the #price channel and told myself why not, let's give it a try.

I feel my duty, both as Steem Witness and small stake-holder is to help make this platform a better place and help all humans that join to have the best experience.

Basically I'm looking for innovative ways to empower minnows because i feel that the more they have, the more they will give in order to receive more.

# My goal is to empower minnows and give them an incentive to curate and invest in STEEM

This is why i created the @delega account, and have been looking for ways to fund my idea of delegating for free small amounts to *Plankton* Users so they can actually enjoy engaging into human curation.

I decided to attend to @nextgencrypto call to post here (#speakyourmind) with the promise of a  vote with the intention of  using all the proceedings for leasing SP to delegate to users actively curating in the tag #castellano and #venezuela.
 
I intend to select 2 to 4 minnows i see actively curating and promoting selflessness attitudes.
The amounts and quantity and duration of delegations will depend on the rewards of this post, and if this grows we will aim for at least 10 delegations of 500 SP in the near future.

I have 3 other candidates in mind: @por500bolos, @jessfrendcor and @orianaarmand but I'm not considering them yet because living in small Venezuelan cities they have connection problems and thus they are not as active as to make a difference, but they stay in the list.

Gracias por llamar al reveur, yo no lo habia hecho pq yo mi voto lo sigue y queria darlos a 100% los 2 para darle mas donacion al projecto pero queria que las cuentas pequeñas tuvieran la oportunidad de votar antes para llevarse curation rewards.

Jose te voy a hacer la delegacion pero no la renovare a menos que logremos entrar en contacto en discord u otro medio, la idea de estas delegaciones es que las tengan personas activas en steemit y en la comunidad, para mantenerse dentro de los lineamientos. 

Al no haber una comunicacion fluida es una fuente de problemas y malentendidos por ello mi insistencia en tener contacto directo.

<div class="text-justify"> Te entiendo perfectamente Hermano, de hecho es probable y así lo creo con Honestidad que yo no sea el  más indicado para recibir la delegación, por ser tan novato aquí y no entender algunas cositas que pasan y me sorprenden; y porque últimamente he tenido muchos problemas con Internet. 

Hoy no he podido publicar nada y ayer no pude hacer una de las 2 publicaciones que tengo estimadas por día.

Tampoco he podido votar, comentar ni seguir las publicaciones de las personas que usualmente leo. 

Perdona, pero son motivos de fuerza mayor, se que debo seguir ciertos lineamientos e indicaciones para que las cosas fluyan como es debido. 

Intentaré hacer lo posible para conectarme a Discord para conversar tantas cosas que tengo pendientes, pero de verdad que entre Discord, Hotmail y el Internet en Venezuela me la tienen aplicada y no se ¿por qué? (obviamente ancho de banda restringido por el gobierno).

Muy lindo y noble tu proyecto @nnnarvaez me gustan las iniciativas innovadoras y positivas  de ayuda y esperanza, que tanta falta le hacen a Venezuela en estos tiempos tan complicados.
Entonces, voy a hacer tres propuestas para TODOS LOS VENEZOLANOS DE STEEMIT y así apoyar el éxito de este proyecto:
1.- Donar HOY 1 SBD a @nnnarvaez para que los sume y luego se transfieran a una o varias ballenas para que ellas voten por esta publicación y así se multiplique el monto de la donación y entonces este post tendrá una mayor recompensa para llevar a cabo el emprendimiento propuesto de delegación de SP para "4 curadores".
2.- Hacer "reesteem" a esta publicación para darle mayor proyección, publicidad y votos.

Tu propuesta es exactamente el granito de arena que cada steemian venezolano puede poner, es importante que la gente entienda eso, que es trabajndo unidos que se logran cosas y colabroando con los que se lanzan :) 

No se si sea realista que la gente done dinero para comprar votos... si lo hacen los comprare, pero el resteem e hacer lobby y pedirle a los panas con plata que lo voten si es importante. 

En los distintos canales de discord, hablando con varias personas, no tirando el enlace en un canal de promocion sin ponerle ni una descripcioncita como sabemos muchos hacen.

A mi me gusta mucho la gente como tu y @josevazques, que tienen claro que la solucion la tenemos todos en las manos y se llama trabajar juntos y apoyar al con buenas ideas, acciones y consejos a los que van por la misma via. 

Estoy muy alegra de encontrar gente motivada y clara que esta vaina es como los daditos esos de los niños, que tienen escrito: tomos ponen, todos toman, pon uno, toma todo.

Pero no ponen... 

En fin ojala te escuche la gente y sigan tu ejemplo.

This sounds like a noble initiative to get the 'little people' involved.  Obviously, one does not have to be a "whale" or have lots of money to have discernment.
