Splinterlands AMA with aggroed and yabapmatt

We've started hosting a 1 hour weekly meeting in our [discord](https://discord.splinterlands.com) every Friday at 3pm Eastern.  It's an AMA format.  Everyone is welcome, and we just scroll down the list of questions as we receive them. The question about 1000DEC pinned to 1$ was skipped (maybe was not a question).. But will them be pinned forever or will some day align DEC costs to $ value?
