At this time there are 13 more questions needed with 10 votes or more. I am thinking we need more programmers with existing accounts on StackExchange who can upvote questions. Do you know of any dev communities on Steemit that we can go to? It's full of devs here, but obviously communities on the frontend of Steemit and the other dApps are missing. 

I thought of asking the @steemitdev account to make a post asking devs to help with upvoting the questions. Do you have a way to reach out to the Steemit devs and ask them to make a post about this? If not, I can ask @andrarchy. 

Another option would be to ask some of the witnesses to post about this.
