Interesting concept given that most post promotion stuff and bots have nothing to do with quality.  Original works (not a paid bot but just one you can call), when it is up and running is good because it is determining that content is original and isn't stolen etc.  Original works is about the only upvote bot I ever touch as I think it is a net good overall since it is about rewarding original content and no-one is at a disadvantage with their original content as it doesn't cost anything to call upon it but I'm not so sure about the others.  The bots and buying upvotes is a reasonably grey area as a whole topic.  

I do wonder though how successfully 8 people will class things as quality or not.  Does this apply to video posts too?  
I have to wonder what you would class as "original" and if any biases would come in.  

For example I myself make a range of content but that includes gaming content and lets plays.  A lot of work and effort and creative decision goes into a lot of lets plays and gaming videos (ofc it does vary - some people edit a lot and some people put up hardly edited gaming content), but a lot of people don't realise that and call lets plays etc "low effort" or treat it as though it is a low quality genre, which it is not.  I see video creators in other genres shitting on creators in the lets play genre at times.  
You only have to look at people like Neebs Gaming or The Gaming Lemon or 2snacks (animation based on gaming) to see the quality within the genre.  
I have to wonder, how would you guys view gaming content?  
Also what if it is embedded from another site?

Useful to have some idea of what the effect of this could be, either using it myself or not using it but being affected by the effect it has on other people who are using it.  Other people in the video creation or gaming areas might also be wondering about this.
