Holy moly dude congrats. I linked here from @kevinwong randomly enough and didn't see how HF21 had somehow blasted this post organically up into the stratosphere. Deservedly so. Steemit Inc should straight include this in a FAQ that comes with a new account as required reading ... took an -appreciable- amount of time to figure out the voting culture here and this does it about as succinctly as is possible. Which is not very succinctly haha. Seriously though. Well done as always. Writing and DnB chops usually mutually exclusive entities. Stoked to see you smashing it.

Yea trying to summarise the upvote, downvote and rewards pool mechanism as well as the associated psychology in a succinct 3k word post was about as narrowed down as I could get it 🤣 I may have to wheel the Bluffer's Guide out of full retirement as I've has suggestions to write about steem engine vs SMT and the convergent linear rewards curve thing.
