Unfortunately, people are focusing on "easy" money coins. In order to earn steem, you have to contribute to the blockchain. There are many alt coins out there that promise the sky without any actual value in it. Maybe one day people would realise the actual value of steem, but for now it would be just us striving to make this platform great.
