At Onename you can create an ID on the Bitcoin blockchain. They say they are working on a function, that enables you to log in to applications using this ID. I think this can be an good idea to integrate it in Steemit when this function is fully developed. It will also solve the 'verification' problem. Yeah maybe that could be a helpful way to access to your Blockchain Bank Account and make a Payment as well? What if you just have to scan a Barcode in a restaurant and you have paid automatically? This technology could be used in many different ways.
