Justin/TRON Foundation has not lost any stake. The soft fork is a temporary measure that prevents the formerly-Steemit Inc. accounts @steem, @steemit, @misterdelegation and a couple others with miniscule stake from taking measures to unilaterally control the blockchain. The post by @softfork222 goes into better detail about those measures.
