I would say that it is the correct info... If you are just posting and upvoting on ANY platform (condenser) it is enough to use POSTING KEY... If you want to make payments (like promoting or boosting a post), you will need to enter ACTIVE key... I'm avoiding use of my MASTER key... So, POSTING and ACTIVE keys are mostly used on STEEM.
