I like the idea of scenario 2. I don't like the numbers because there is no margin for errors in evaluations. If the price of SBD increases, we will not be able to buy the 1000 SBD. For exemple if we have 1500 SBD and we only use 1000 SBD in scenario 2 the 500SBD will be like an insurance against fluctuations.So I propose not to distribute everything montly and keeping a reserve.

It is hard to predict how markets will react but I would expect that if the price of SBD continues to drop then the price of the leases would also drop in percentage terms.  So I believe it is proportional and thats why I refer to the market finding a new "equilibrium" for price changes.

Obviously there will be times the market fluctuates (it can be quite volatile) and Scenario 1 might poke it's nose in front on occassion, but in the long run I am confident that Scenario 2 will win out if lease rates remain proportional to the SBD price.
