This percentage is to cover the expenses to run the application. 10% of the fee is to cover the server side of the application as well as the cloud storage for assets. The rest will be used to power up our voting bot which will give rewards back to the community in form of upvotes. However, if we receive constant support from the community, these fees will be decreased. Otherwise, it cannot be decreased.
