And then we have to look at the cost vs the benefit. If the proposal is very cheap then yes I can say maybe.  The cost being less than 4k SBD is actually pretty good so I can get behind it but we do need something better than documentation.

@dana-edwards, Yeah we should aware about that too! But I believe these documentations should be done by developers and skillful writers. So it has a cost and yeah those are truly beneficial! I experienced it! Cheers~
