Hi,i am a verry verry new user and never use cryptocurenci . 
I read coment were people complain for the long time,other not good if are short time , other to hold 2 3 year the power down. 
My matematic are diferent for example if you have 100 power and want to power down you are alow to do only 5% , 100-5%=5 and 5:13=0,3846 a week and if make 13 x19 =247 weeks and this in my mint are 5 years or not ?
