I've noticed this for Post pages too! When one loads, it is with the title of the post, but then you scroll the page and it becomes Post -- Steemit. And the Submit a Story page is titled SubmitPost -- Steemit. The Market page is titled Market -- Steemit. Looks like they are just code names haha. Perhaps someone can go through and make the names more user friendly. The Vote exception messages are especially cryptic for the regular user!

Speaking of fixing titles, your post title has a typo!
