You do a great job.   The key is going to be attracting a lot more people like me the regular guy, to this platform and Blockchain.   

Then we have to find a way to keep the greasy hands off the gubments off it like they get into with everything else lol.

Thanks. I agree. Attracting _**and**_ retaining is really important though. That is why I am so focused on all the front end GUI stuff :)

I think Steemit has all the right ingredients to be _the_ social media site. Once we get a world class UI that 'regular' mainstream users will enjoy using, I feel that this platform will really start to take off! 

With every new feature, we get one step closer :) It is really exciting to watch and be a part of!

The common sense changes you spoke of implemented this weekend here, are big steps in the right direction.   I have a 'regular guy' post half drafted as of 10 days ago.   I will try and share it with you someday.
