Q.1)Well I don't get much upvotes or visibility of my posts.may be my posts are not good enough.So i requests you to go through my profile and give me some valuable advise.so that i can remove my cons and move forward with a new view.
Q.2)how voting power works.And how to check it  and is it time dependent to use 100% of voting power?

Non of the questions are silly however, a large portion of it was answered in the very first comment on this comment thread as some asked similar questions. Please read the very first comment on this comment thread. 
Moreover, the post as a whole answers the question of visibilty which only logical. Don't look at others, focus on you. Give it time as people need to get to know you and that does take time. engage in the comments then get on the general chats on discord and steemit.chat. Resteems, the best is here on steemit but you dont have to ask for it. Give people the privilege of knowing and getting to know you takes time. Power up means converting your steem to steem power, so that you can start becoming whale. Powering down mens converting your steempower back to steem incase you want to sell or cash it out but it takes 3 months to fully power down. So keep powering up and keep improving. if you have some others talents and can offer it as a service for sbd or steem, do a #steemgig post about it. Read how to do a steemgig on the first comment. you will see the link under that comment
