Thanks for the info.  It will at least give a workaround for people who aren't doing image posts so that will help.  For those of us with photography or art posts it is too small a file size to be viable without heavy compression or size reduction.  

Also we would have to go back through our posts and resize every single image, re-upload them and change all the links.  If you only have the odd image in a mainly text post it is not a lot of work but for a post with 10 images it is a lot to do.

Lets hope we get a fix soon.
