Hrm, just read this post after writing a very long post addressing another of your comments that I thought would open a productive discussion.

So, ok, where do I start?

That was *entirely* uncalled for. Not even once have I come down so hard on @masteryoda and resorted to name-calling, which obviously everyone can check here on Steemit.com.

Honestly, your comment speaks for itself in its nastiness. 

But I will attempt to quickly address it. 

I have stated that if @masteryoda would have spent the extra time necessary to do his due diligence of getting permission from the photographers or at least the source where he got the pictures I would have no problem with him curating those images. His posts were beautiful to look at, of course, because he culled the nicest images in the world from the internet. Yes, they added value to this website, but you know what? They were obtained in a way that is not acceptable to anyone that gives a damn about others intellectual property.

So I, and others, called him out on it and suggested that he do his due diligence and get permission. Instead, he doubled down on "If the owners want to contact me, I will deal with it". This is trying to get over and make money on others hard work, and it's transparent.

I ask you this, @smooth. How many of those photographers would have given the ok if they knew their work was going to be posted on Steemit.com and someone was going to get paid so much for merely posting it verbatim from another site? One they may not have even heard of in the first place? 

"Hey, Tom Walker (1), would it be ok for me to post your wonderful picture of the Kea (it's an alpine parrot) I saw online? I have a blog I post pictures on and and regularly make about $1000 dollars at least on average per post. I would like to not give you any of that money, if that is ok with you? Deal?" 

He would laugh at you and get in contact with his lawyers, right?
