<div class ="text-justify">Thank you sir, for seeing it fit to address your immediate concern of steemjet and steemjet workers. I have this feeling that now you have cast the dice every space force member will sit up. 

I am not yet a space force employee but i have a suggestion on about increasing steemjet global adoption through sport (Football in particular). The world cup is around the corner and i see a big opportunity to win souls for steemjet through organizing some exciting packages for the participant in the world cup tournament prediction and analysis. Football can do many things impossible as we have learnt from history.

My area of concentration is creating health and medical awareness. Let's take the party to the rural areas by telling them how to protect themselves from avoidable diseases... Hello @dimimp I see your point of view, and as a space force member, I try my best to upvote post around the steemjet community. but the problem is nobody is reviewing our work to know those who are effective or not. There has to be a yard stick to check mate what we are doing with our delegations.  And there should be consequences.  As a company to move we have to learn to drop stagnation and welcome progress.

Let me use this opportunity to tell you about my project - STEEM SKILL ACQUISITION TRAINING (SSAT).

I have been involved in many projects most of which are charities which I told you about in my comments to your last post. 

I started this project because I live in Nigeria where the youth unemployment rate is more than 33% and the rate of poverty is more than 60%. Something has to be done as a matter of urgency but unfortunately our Government is doing next to nothing about youth empowerment and poverty eradication.

Some of the benefits of this SSAT are:
+ It will help the youth to be creative and innovative in identifying business opportunities

+ It will help the youth to be self reliant
+ It will help to eradicate poverty
+ It will create jobs for the unemployed youths

I'm happy to inform you sir that the first training was done 2 week ago (26th of May) in the city of Abuja, and the training was on Fish Farming and Poultry Farming. The training was done free for every participants and some SF members like @jacobite and @yungchief were also present at the training. The training is supported by @sirknight. We also enlighten people more on steemit, steem and cryptocurrency in general. 

In putting the training together, a total of #53,000.00(102.761sbd/74.104steem as at that time) was spent.

#### Since the theme of steemjet is "global adoption", i told all of them that's there's a good thing happening on steemjet, but since there is nothing at hand, things aint going well at all because of :

1. When they make post using the steemjet tag, they don't get anything especially newbies comming into the steemjet community.

2. Since my voting power is too low, I can't give anything on there post.

### Challenges

I think no matter how simple a task maybe , there might be at least a challenge.

My major challenge is the steem power delegated to me. It's very low that after voting at least 3 posts using steemjet tags, the voting power gets low and the reward giving isn't worth giving at all.
Another challenge is that there's no steem in order to aid in fast opening of accounts for new converts , instead of that they(new people who signed up on steemit) had to wait for at least a minimum of two weeks which isn't following the term "Global Adoption".

### Solution

Sir @dimimp, having worked on the space force 7 for about a months now, I would like to propose :

1. More steem power to upvote steemians and steemjettians.

2. Steem to use in opening steemit accounts for new members for easy and fast access.

3. Support of steem in expantiating the steemjet work far and wide in my college and spreading steemjet offline.

4. Steem to give free steemjettians and steemit users for them to have a flair in steemjet and also participate more in the steemjet community the more.

5. I think we space force should be granted a little token of steem or Sbd for work done on steemjet community to enhance us to work more harder, because it seems like some are rewarded and others are left out.

#### Am not asking for a specific amount of steem to continue the race, but anything laid in your heart sir @dimimp, I would really appreciate.

### I would be very happy if this request are granted unto me.

Our main goal is global steem adoption and we want almost everyone on the planet to believe and use the power of the steem blockchain. The main problem I currently see for us is the super delayed sign.up process of Steemit Inc.

Great post now we all understand that the security/PR team will only be reporting spams and not issuing out warnings so we can abide by the 2 comments per person RULE. You made mention of recording @uche-nna's audio and sending it back to you (through google drive) i think i know or can work with someone who is good at recording tracks. 

**Moreover, i'm happy to announce that our preach steemjet initiative is going a long way and covering so many media platforms, we have a facebook page, reddit account, twitter account, instagram account all for the same purpose (to spread our message) the world needs to know us.**

Steemjet is LIVE almost everywhere, we just need to educate ourselves more on cryptocurrency so we can teach the world and also answer any questions directed to us. I suggested that the whole PR team take an online course in crypto that will cost some money, else you want us to take free courses which is not so effective. Education and educating people is the way forward to achieving global adoption, **you cannot teach people what you do not know!**

**My team and I has been utilizing it's funds on our initiatives and due to the current price of steem we are unable to go far, we have been limited to only online awareness , our initiative was targeted at both online and offline awareness. So far our funds has not been able to allow us achieve our goals as we couldn't get enough gadgets to carry out our initiatives, we have paid for some ads on some social media outlets which was very expensive some social media platforms like Reddit cost about $254 for an ad for a week.**

So far our promotional ads on social media outlet has been successful, but we've been limited to do less things because of our funds which you only gave us part (1000 Steem) for a start, P.S the current value of Steem. We need more funds to continue with our initiative as well as adopt other initiatives.

I am one of the Space force members SF7 to be specific, i'm currently working with my bosses @mbj and @empato365, we doing well so far, I also want you to know about my assingment and be aware of it, I need funding for an assignment of mine which I have been working on for a few days now.

I have lots of friends in school, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta Nigeria.
I invited some of my friends to steemit and they are intrested in joining (Steemjet Crypto Classes) i also introduced them to know more about @steemjet, a quality post made by @empato365.

I enlightened them and encouraged them to invest in cryptocurrency, steem in particular.

But most of them don't have the funds to start this journey, and to understand the benefit of it.

So I came up with this slogan for global adoption. "EARN ON STEEMIT, EARN MORE WITH STEEMJET".
I need funding to go far in letting other youths in my school know what steem, steemit and steemjet is all about.

The steemjet account embarks on a daily curation of post carrying the steemjet tag.  The newly formed curation team consisting of highly intellectual superstars features the best contents daily which in turn gets a worthy upvote from the @steemjet account.

Like you said time is money and we all invest our time daily making sure we fish out the best post from the lots while upvoting some other worthy posts. The curation team put in a lot of time and effort for this to be possible.

The Total sum budget for this event is now 2890 steem as we also seek support from others. 
but time is no longer on our side as we really need to secure the venue hall with 400 steem 
accommodation and welfare for 7 days over 55 steemcampers - 900steem, Guest artist which will draw a lot of audience both offline and online will cost 900 steem, Printing of flyers, banners, tshirts  and education materials is 750steem and other logistics.

At times my computer couldn’t open your post...
And even if you allow 2 comments per post I usually make only one. 
I totally understand that you have no time but I need to ask you boss if you had the time to check the longer version of Olivia. I want to proceed but I wanted to know how you want me to...You see pages 8a - 8b have no words at all. So I was wondering you want me to keep it that way and move on to page 11 or to write on those pages aswell?

When I graduated from the University, I lost all sense of direction, not because I did not know what to do with my life, but because everything that came my way was not just me. Of course i was employed a few times, but in a world where mediocrity was the accepted stardom, I simply could not find my feet. Days became weeks, and weeks became years, I was barely living from hand to mouth. I was broke.

Then I heard about steem, a cryptocurrency that stands for freedom, decentralized. A financial liberator, Steem has helped people to build their dreams, Steem has made possible the connection of globalization in a decentralized economy where human beings are rewarded for being socially active and engaging meaningfully with other users.

The invention of steem brought about a new hope for me, a revolution, a cryptocurrency that puts power in the hands of common people and ‎Steemjet is the community that brings out the stardom in everybody. Steemjet gave my team and I a chance to prove our super stardom, a chance to live our dreams by doing what we love.

When I look up to the sky on a starry night, I'm often amazed at the wonders it bears, how so many stars could shine so bright at the same time, and yet there is still space for more. The beauty encapsulates my person, and I cannot help but marvel at the greatness of the greatest artist in the entire universe. The Creator.

Our aim is to touch the world with the message of steem and we begin with the University campuses around us, a home of many potential superstars, from South Western part of Nigeria, to every nook and corner of Africa, and to other parts of the world.

Our first outreach was at Babcock University, Ilisan-remo, Ogun State, Nigeria. Babcock University is a private Christian co-educational Nigerian university owned and operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Nigeria with a population of over 15,000 students. Our second outreach was at the University of Ibadan established in 1948 with over 33,000 students. UI, as it is fondly referred to, is the first University in Nigeria. Until 1962 when it became a full-fledged independent University, it was a College of the University of London in a special relationship scheme.

We were able to get the attention of a lot of students around the school, with the day being a Saturday, as some students were out for sports, some were having guitar lessons while some were having study sessions or just basically relaxing their minds. A perfect mood for mining superstars.

We even happened to bust an ongoing exhibition at the center of the school, where a lot of students were gathered together, of course SteemJet campus busters stole the whole show as we took turns in educating the potential superstars about the true blockchain technology, Btc and Steem.

We had a great time at the outreach, we were able to onboard  lot of students through immediate signups, we also had giveaways which was almost the highlight of the whole day. Lol.

We were able to collect the contacts of the students waiting to fly with SteemJet and adopt steem immediately by the HR DEPARTMENT. So please a member of the HR should contact me, so i can submit the list while they wait.

Limitations
>When life gives you lemons you make lemonades 

***We need more initial funding to enable us carry out our duties more effectively in these few highlights***...

- We have realised that there are restrictions of our entry into some Universities/institutions as we(SteemJet Campus Busters) are yet to be registered/licensed as a non-profit organisation. 

- For our next wave, we are going through a region of seven schools, for the next seven weeks. These regions in Nigeria are seemingly backwards in development and technology, and for such visiting's, we need to fully fuel our Jet, to avoid cases of abandoning mission and returning to base to request for fuel.

- We have not been able to acquire the professional camera we requested for in the  budget. Our photographer @officialdenojr finds it very uncomfortable for him to keep using his mobile phone as our official camera.

We will require 1500steem to fly on with the plan. *We are here to serve, SteemJet all the way*

Hello again dear @dimimp. Two things to highlight as my achievement:

1. I joined our SteemJet discord server at a time when there were only 50+members in it. Putting in a lot of effort interacting with a lot of people I was able to bring in a lot of people to Steemjet. [You can check out the ful post here if you like](https://steemit.com/steemjet/@mydivathings/steemjet-discord-server-update-and-invite). At the time of writing the post the community had grown 7 times to 350+ members of which I was succesfully able to get in 54 members. I was right behind @kilatunzil who had brought in the highest number of members at 60. So in other words, between the two of us, we were able to bring in one-thirds of the overall community members. To me, it was a proud achievement and a result of lot of hard work and very proud of it.

2. I had applied to the post of SF stating how badly I wanted to support fiction writers and to being all the unrecognized work to the forefront. I also remember your reply to my application comment stating you really liked the thought. So in association with @deandaniel we recently set up SteemJet Fiction series whose sole purpose is just that. [Original post here](https://steemit.com/steemjet/@mydivathings/steemjet-fiction-hunt-steemjet-fiction-promotion-initiative). I intend to do everything to flick a wand and bring color to all the magical tales that these writers weave for us.

Going little off the track onto the side lanes, If I am given the role of temporary CEO, post the completion of the current tasks, here are a list of things that I have listed down and intend to do:

1. Streamline all the departments and effectively put them on course towards a common goal. While all of the departments are currently doing great with their responsibility, I believe they need to be streamlined effectively. TEAM WORK towards a common direction is after all what makes anything successful.

2. I will keep weekly meetings with each departments and the members : Track our progress, set goals, short term and long Term, review them and set up milestones to measure progress. Goals need to be SMART goals(Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant & Time bound).

3. Offer my time on a daily basis for assistance and problem solving activities.

4. Offer my time to each of the team members on a daily basis to offer suggestions, assist and hand hold during projects

5. Conduct Monthly one on one with each Dept. Heads to track our progress and to ensure we are on the right path to success.

6. Seek perspectives from the entire SF team members, be more forthcoming and offer constructive feedbacks as and when required

7. Most and the only most important task of any CEO, will be fulfilled to the dot by me, which is being present in terms of my time availability and engage with all of my SF members

You could offer this role to me as a trial just for a month and I promise results in a magnitude which we probably haven't grabbed so far. I have prior leadership experience in the real world, handling a number of teams under me and I am fully confident of what I can do for our community and how far I would be able to take us. If I am offered this role, I can charter and bring forth plans and goals for the community on a large scale and plan out each and every activity in detail.

_One of the main vision of steemjet is_ <h4>Global adoption of STEEM. </h4>
STEEM can not be globally spread  by a single person but someone  have to start with his immediate environment. 

<h4> As we are thinking of Global adoption of STEEM we should not forget about the future of STEEM. 
What is the future of STEEM? 
The future of STEEM are the kids. This are the set of people that will keep the vision real in future. </h4>

I have successfully onboard 8 members to join steemjet and am till onboarding more members to steemjet,  to actualize the vision of the community. 

I setup a team from this members to reach out to the future of STEEM (kids). 

<h4>On Tuesday, 5th of June  myself  and a group of friends, mostly  Steemjet members visit two Orphanage home in Western part of Nigeria (Ondo state) namely Christ Orphanage home and Global family Orphanage home.

I decided to lead my team to Orphanage home because, I understand how feels  not to be with biological parents. This set of kids (orphan) are the real broke kids. </h4>

Even if I do not have enough, I have to give from the little I have. I want to know what I can do for someone as impact in his life.

We are happily welcomed by the kids(orphan) ,  they are very happy to see us,  because is rear for them to see people, they only have assess to see people who pay them visit.  To my surprise this kids(orphans) are calling us DADDY, MUMMY.  I almost burst in tears because they don't know their biological dad and mum, all they have to do is to call anyone  they see as DADDY , MUMMY. This kids age starts from 6month old to 9 years old.  We were told by their guardian that once they reach the age of 10 years old they are ripe for adoption. 

 <h4> There is no way we can give the kids STEEM who are yet to use the internet, the best thing for us to do is to convert it to currency for them.  We bought them, kid's favorite foods and their domestic needs. We also give their guardian some token to help the kids.

We talked about future with the kids,  that was when we told them about STEEM and blockchain, I make them to understand the fact that steem have helped so many broke minds including me. We also let them know the fact that we are standing on the shoulder of a giant @dimimp, and we are able to see the future. 

To crown it all, we were issued a certificate of visitation at Christ Orphanage home. Although we don't have enough to print banners and posters. </h4>

<h4>On Thursday, 7th of June  myself  and a group of friends, visit  House of assembly (LAW MAKER)  in Ekiti state Western part of Nigeria. We met with the deputy speaker in the absent of the speaker of the house. I know most people will wonder why we visit law maker? 
As we want to make STEEM globally adopted, we also have to bring in investors to invest their money. If they understand the ideology of STEEM they will invest their money for future asset rather keeping their money in banks. </h4>

Machine learning predicts World Cup winner
Researchers have predicted the outcome after simulating the entire soccer tournament 100,000 times.

The 2018 soccer World Cup kicks off in Russia on Thursday and is likely to be one of the most widely viewed sporting events in history, more popular even than the Olympics. So the potential winners are of significant interest.

One way to gauge likely outcomes is to look at bookmakers’ odds. These companies use professional statisticians to analyze extensive databases of results in a way that quantifies the probability of different outcomes of any possible match. In this way, bookmakers can offer odds on all the games that will kick off in the next few weeks, as well as odds on potential winners.

An even better estimate comes from combing the odds from lots of different bookmakers. This approach suggests Brazil is the clear favorite to win the 2018 World Cup, with a probability of 16.6 percent, followed by Germany (12.8 percent) and Spain (12.5 percent).

But in recent years, researchers have developed machine-learning techniques that have the potential to outperform conventional statistical approaches. What do these new techniques predict as the likely outcome of the 2018 World Cup?

An answer comes from the work of Andreas Groll at the Technical University of Dortmund in Germany and a few colleagues. These guys use a combination of machine learning and conventional statistics, a method called a random-forest approach, to identify a different most likely winner.

First some background. The random-forest technique has emerged in recent years as a powerful way to analyze large data sets while avoiding some of the pitfalls of other data-mining methods. It is based on the idea that some future event can be determined by a decision tree in which an outcome is calculated at each branch by reference to a set of training data.

However, decision trees suffer from a well-known problem. In the latter stages of the branching process, decisions can become severely distorted by training data that is sparse and prone to huge variation at this kind of resolution, a problem known as overfitting.

The random-forest approach is different. Instead of calculating the outcome at every branch, the process calculates the outcome of random branches. And it does this many times, each time with a different set of randomly selected branches. The final result is the average of all these randomly constructed decision trees.

This approach has significant advantages. First, it does not suffer from the same overfitting problem that plagues ordinary decision trees. It also reveals which factors are most important in determining the outcome.

So if a particular decision tree includes lots of parameters, it becomes easy to see which ones have the biggest impact on the outcome and which do not. These less important factors can then be ignored in future.

Groll and co use exactly this approach to model the 2018 World Cup. They model the outcome of each game the teams are likely to play and use the results to construct the most probable course of the tournament.

Groll and co begin with a wide range of potential factors that might determine the outcome. These include economic factors such as a country’s GDP and population, FIFA’s ranking of national teams, and the properties of the teams themselves, such as their average age, the number of Champions League players they have, whether they have home advantage, and so on.

Interestingly, the random-forest approach allows Groll and co to include other ranking attempts, such as the rankings used by bookmakers.

Plugging all this into the model provides some interesting insights. For example, the most influential factors turn out to be the team rankings created by other methods, including those from bookmakers, FIFA, and others.

Other important factors include GDP and the number of Champions League players on the team. Unimportant factors include the country’s population, the nationality of the coach, and so on.

The predictions arrived at through this process differ from others in some important ways. For a start, the random-forest method picks out Spain as the most likely winner, with a probability of 17.8 percent.

However, a big factor in this prediction is the structure of the tournament itself. If Germany clears the group phase of the competition, it is more likely to face strong opposition in the 16-team knockout phase. Because of this, the random-forest method calculates Germany’s chances of reaching the quarter-finals as 58 percent. By contrast, Spain is unlikely to face strong opposition in the final 16 and so has a 73 percent chance of reaching the quarter-finals.

If both make the quarter-finals, they have a more or less equal chance of winning. “Spain is slightly favored over Germany mainly due to the fact that Germany has a comparatively high chance to drop out in the round-of-sixteen,” say Groll and co.

But there is an additional twist. The random-tree process makes it possible to simulate the entire tournament, and this produces a different result. An even better estimate comes from combing the odds from lots of different bookmakers. This approach suggests Brazil is the clear favorite to win the 2018 World Cup, with a probability of 16.6 percent, followed by Germany (12.8 percent) and Spain (12.5 percent).
