Yes, you are right on that but the thing is, it's not actually the modules that are following the sun across the sky but a solar tracking mechanism that direct this payload (modules) towards the direct beam of the sunlight to effectly maximize it's energy. This of course dealt with the tilting angle to which the modules are oriented.
