Even baby steps would be nice. A relatively easy step is limit the number of rounds in a clip/magazine to 10 (for civilians). When the assailant reloads (Pros can reload in <2 seconds ๐) It gives others a chance for fight/flight. This still allows for 9 extra rounds in the weapon than was possible when the amendment was signed. So โeverybodyโ wins ๐ค
