I think you forgot to link to the report where it states in your post: "can be found here". If I had money to invest this is one of the areas I would invest in. Especially IoT sesnors for medical use. But I don't have lots of money so I guess I am stuck as an Arduino experimenter.

Yes, I will put it back soon ^^. Thank you for the heads up. I agree that it will grow but be careful of price pressure for sensors, it seems it is already a “commodity” and therefore big Chinese manufacturers will probably control the volumes .
