Technically both Sanders and Warren.  Like they really think corporate America is going to just stand idly by and watch them take their fortunes....no they are going to move the heck out of the country, lock, stock and barrel.  We don't even have to get anywhere near worrying about them military wise as it's never going to happen as can be seen by the millions being brought into the Republican party for this campaign cycle.  
Now it might be different if they were talking about making it harder for corporations to leave the country, working to implement fair trade deals but that would work against the globalization agenda.  The goal is to bring American's standards down to compete subsidized by the government via food cards, health care and subsidized government housing.  If Americans view them as to weak on their domestic policies they sure can't trust them with foreign policy.
