There are things which happen which do make me question whether I should bother to stay motivated. However, I like to also constantly remind myself that I've promised myself to get to the finishing line, and thus, I'll just grind on! 

My motivation for posting on Hive is at a long time low for now. It’s largely due to busyness at work. Of course the influx of AI posts and bots on Hive does discourage me from doing more in Hive. I wonder if I am interacting with real people most of the time. If there is a community that has only real people, that will enhance my motivation. Lastly, the market situation is also pretty dumping to our interest on the platform.

it is impossible for any people to avoid feeling demotivated here, everyone will eventually have it, maybe the intensity and frequency are different on each person and each case.

For my case, I am an auditory person, so I like to talk and chatting too. Sometime, delivering shitposts everywhere can be similar to trashtalking and trolling on social media, which is similar with a recreational activity.

so what can I say?

Yeah, there are times when I feel a bit low or stuck on Hive, especially when things don't go as expected.
But I try to remind myself why I started, focus on the positives, and engage with the communities.
It really helps to take breaks and come back with fresh ideas too.

it is human to be unmotivated at time, but one thing I learn is that sometimes when we can make more than one post aday, it is better to keep it on draft of schedule post, so that when come the days we feel unmotivated, than we still have post to public and we can still interact with the other through curating and commenting, it might lighten up the mood and make you feel motivated again.

at least the burden to make post is not as much as when we want to make it on daily basis.

What's most discouraging about a long-term Hiver is the sameness, because you post the same things every day and it seems like it doesn't change and falls into a routine. Another thing is the lack of interaction, because it's hard to see that anyone has consumed your content.
I try to be more active on Hive, but the busyness of everyday life makes it difficult. What motivates me at Hive is the possibility of growth, especially financially. Growing in the midst of a few projects is the way to always stay motivated. 

These days, I simply write what I feel, typically about what happened that day. The words come out as they will. They're primarily simple blogs, and recently a weekly contest (which I like).

Sometimes I feel more motivated and write things out a bit ahead of time and schedule them, which helps out when I have upcoming plans and/or may want to take some time off from writing.

I also have a backlog of blogs I've prewritten consisting of educational material relating to my career, so in case I'm ever gone for an extended period, I can easily schedule those out as well. Those are helpful for my studies, so it's doubly efficient for me.

In life in general... well, my family motivates me to continue working. I want to be able to take care of them. Personal ambitions are also significant for me and continue to drive me. I want to leave some impact that's a little bit bigger than most (I know it's not good to compare myself to others, but in this case it drives me, so I let it be).

The prospect of earned relaxation is also a nice one, although I keep finding ways to delay that. There will come a time when I will have to learn to loosen up!

I don't feel demotivated on Hive. If anything, if I feel demotivated overall, that may affect my motivation on Hive, as well. To recover from that, I don't have a sure method. It may depend on what causes it. Sometimes I don't know what causes it and first I need to understand why to be able to fix it.

I'm here for the long term, not to take out easy profit. That makes me motivated and committed ;)

It happened to me some time but reading and posting become my habit now and as the time allows I love to post and engage on chain. Some instant comes over time when I feel like tied of daily routine of posting and reading but  it was just a temporary pause. 

Sometimes we lose motivation in general, affecting our activities both irl and online. In such cases, I try to find or do something that spices up my mind and body (i.e, watching a movie, going out for a drive, taking a walk, or simply indulging in some guilty pleasures like eating ice cream or anything sweet, lol!

I have been lately out of ideas for the post. The ones i get, doesn't seem to excite me so i abandon it halfway.

This month i even missed few days posting and was unaware until i checked hivebuzz.

But said all that, i still turn up everyday on Hive, if not posts then i do threads, comment on few posts and play risingstargame :-). 

So i think my motivation is keep increaing my hive power and HBD savings.

I usually get a little unmotivated, so I start reading books to get better ideas on how to write something and what to write about.
