¡Saludos a todos los Geeks de esta comunidad! Hoy les traigo la segunda parte de un post que hice hace unos días en la que hablaba de la [Mi Smart Band 6 | Reseña ](https://peakd.com/hive-106817/@laloretoyya/ohfcnpwo), una banda inteligente que es genial para monitorear nuestro estado físico. En ese video les comenté que les traería todo acerca de la aplicación para configurar la banda y aquí se los tengo.

Se trata de Xiaomi Wear, que es una aplicación que está vinculada a nuestro dispositivo, en este caso a la Mi band 6, a través de bluetooth. Por lo que debes tener tu celular cerca para que puedas vincularla efectivamente. Sin embargo, si sales a hacer ejercicios al aire libre y no te quieres llevar el celular puedes registrar todo al celular una vez que llegues a casa. Esta aplicación no es la únuca que se utiliza para configurar nuestra banda, pero también le instalé la Mi Fit y me pareció miuy fastidiosa, así que la desinstalé y solo le dejé esta.

Lo primero que observaremos al abrir la aplicación es el estado del dispositivo, si está actualizado o no y nos mostrará cosas generales como los pasos realizados y las calorías quemadas. También nos muestra los datos del ritmo cardiaco, el nivel de estrés, el ciclo menstrual y el PAI (PAI (Personal Activity Intelligence) que es una puntuación de salud respaldada por la ciencia que mide el impacto de la actividad física en la salud del corazón (BTW, mi PAI está muy mal, jiji). Y la razón por la que tengo la banda: llevar el control del sueño. También teneos un apartado para los entrenamientos como correr, caminar, ciclismo correr en cinta pero allí solo nos mostrará la ruta realizada.

It also shows us heart rate data, stress level, menstrual cycle, and PAI (PAI (Personal Activity Intelligence) which is a science-backed health score that measures the impact of physical activity on heart health (BTW, my PAI is really bad, jiji). And the reason I have the band: to keep track of sleep. We also have a section for workouts like running, walking, cycling, treadmill running but there it will only show us the route taken.

Con esta aplicación configuraremos todos los ajustes de los items que queremos ver en nuestra banda, porque desde ella no podemos hacer muchas cosas tal y como lo mostré en el video anteriormente. Entre estos ajustes podemos poner un fondo de pantalla personalizado o simplemente optar por alguno que ya esté hecho y tal como les dije en el video, les muestro la foto de como quedó la foto que le puse mientras grababa.

Among these settings we can put a custom wallpaper or simply opt for one that is already made and as I said in the video, I show you the picture of how the photo I put while recording.
Si dentro de sus consideraciones está comprar la banda, creo que esto va a terminar de despejar las dudas. Aquí solo me faltó como configurar la banda con el celular desde cero, pero como esto es una reseña y no un tutorial se los dejo de tarea (ja,ja). Para finalizar debo confesarles que yo me siento vacía cuando no la llevo puesta, porque incluso puedo bañarme con ella porque aguanta mucha agua, de hecho es sumergible hasta 50 metros porque también puede ser usada para natación, lo que tiene mucho sentido.
Espero que hayan disfrutado de esta pequeña reseña tecnológica y seguir trayendoles más de muchas cositas que he comprado últimamente y que aún no les he mostrado.

Here I only missed how to configure the band with the cell phone from scratch, but as this is a review and not a tutorial I leave it as a task (ha, ha). Finally, I must confess that I feel empty when I do not wear it, because I can even bathe with it because it can withstand a lot of water, in fact, it is submersible up to 50 meters because it can also be used for swimming, which makes a lot of sense.
