@lauweded In a generic situation this may be true, but I would always say it depends. Good and Bad are always a line, not a point. And if the UI/visual design is pleasant and make you happy, you tend to ignore some ux flaws and report that everything is great. Another reason why we should not always believe users, when they say a website or product is great, you should also observe how they use it.
@tonac You will probably wonder much more, how I ended here too :D
