<p>It has been eight years since UNGRIP was released to the world and people still want to talk to me about the journey. &nbsp;I am honoured that people still value what I have to share and that people are still interested even after all these years. &nbsp;Claude has been a long time friend on Facebook and he approached me to have a chat. &nbsp;A chat is exactly what we had and we covered a lot of ground. &nbsp;</p>

<p>In the beginning of the show we covered the early days of my life when I was struggling with depression and suicide attempts, healing and reconciliation. &nbsp;These topics hit home for lots of people as many struggle as I once did. &nbsp;Here is what Claude shared with me after he edited Part I.</p>

<p>As we moved towards the second part of the conversation, we discussed how the lessons I learned regarding what healthy relationships look like, allowed me to 'see' just how violent my relationship was with the state and the steps I took to set boundaries and provide for myself and my family without state help or guidance. &nbsp;If you are new to my work, this interview is a great summery of the journey I took over the past 50+ years of my life.&nbsp;</p>
