- We *also* review the formatting, language and  presentation. This post is slightly above average in that topic, in comparison to what we see in the development category.

- I see the motivation on the project, however, word count, and char count are easy in every programming language. More complicated api endpoints may make more sense.

- We expect to see more *completed* and *established* projects in the development category. Your contribution is a small PHP script. Trying tutorials category by using tutorial format may be better.
