Great job! I am glad to see utopian getting better!
I have a few questions..
Who are considered "community members" to get the tips? How will a tip be assigned?
Is the UA algorithm going to be implemented for the bot?
When will the winner of mascot be chosen and voted? The winner for the steemit feed was never chosen and there wasn't any announce so we worked in vain, or will it be retaken someday?

Hey lots of questions here. So the tipping bot is managed by our CMs based on how valuable the comment is, how many info and suggestions it contains. As for the Utopy every contribution will be scored and upvoted if qualifies. The top scored one will be staff picked and used. As for the steemit contest unfortunately the changes were never implemented so the contest couldn't move on. If a developer is still willing to deliver a PR we are still more than happy to release the rewards for the designer and the developer involved

UA-Python is still under development by Scippy the ScipMeister @scipio! But now at least @amosbastian managed to get a bit of Python at the core of Utopian!!!

The more Python involved, the better! Right @elear ? (PS: still waiting for that DM)
