Busy.Org News Feed Suggestion - Filter posts with obvious bot voting

#### Proposal
The news feed on Busy (and steem in general) has become quite pointless as most of the posts, in particular the Hot and Trending sections, are just posts that have been upvoted significantly. This is obviously something that is difficult to contain and control, but there is a simply formula that I think can be very effective. 

As I understand it, Busy.org is already working on a way to include view counts for posts, and I understand this to be unique views by logged in Steem users. 

So my proposal is this: Create a new filter (ideally, a checkbox that can be applied to all of the existing filters), that can filter out any post that has more votes than it does views - to a certain tolerance. 

For example, if a post has had 20 votes and only 5 views, then filter that post out, as it is more than likely that the only way this post has had 20 votes (and likely a high STU return, which may bring it into hot/trending) is by using bots and upvote services. 

I would suggest that a tolerance be introduced, for example, if the vote count exceeds the view count by 20%, or something along those lines. 

This would add signficant value to the feeds as it would be mostly limited to posts of organic value rather than those that have paid for promotion with 3rd party services. 

This can be further enhanced in future, by using other methods to detect voting services (ie. bid bots that leave comments indicating upvotes, scanning the blockchain for upvote transfers, etc)

I like the idea! 

Maybe it is easier to have bidbots accounts marked as a bot account which doesn't bump them up to trending (as I'm pretty sure people can make scripts to increase the views)

not all purchased votes come directly from bidbots..

it's not a perfect infallible solution, but it's an improvement.

* What about a situation of voting trails.
* Buying votes is for visibility, and at the end of the day the view count on such posts in the trending section will surely exceed the number of upvoters
* You also said they should filter based on bots that comments. What about bots that do not leave comments, or bots that employ services of vote sellers
* You also said that they should scan users transfers, what about situation where another user paid for the upvote.

still not an organic view so that should be filtered out as per my suggestion

that was only a secondary suggestion - i simply added it as a future enhancement to improve the algorithm

it doesn't matter who makes the transfer - the transfer will have the post url in the memo regardless of user


as far as i'm aware, your approval is not about whether the suggestion gets accepted by the project - or whether you personally agree -  it's about whether the change gets submitted to the project for the developers behind the project to consider.

I think there's a few people here that have agreed with my suggestion so it has enough merit to at least be accepted through utopian for the busyorg project to consider. 

I can go on over to busy.org discord and chat with fabian about this - but i chose to use utopion, something that I am feeling more and more is a waste of time because of trigger happy moderators.
