This is a fantastic idea. This would be a great tool for worpresss bloggers. 
However, just as remarked by the other, the concern here is bots like Cheetah bot.
Perhaps, if Cheetah bot could be adjusted to allow duplicate post from the site declared by the user in his/her profile.  

Question: Would this plugin add a remark 'Originally posted on <myworpdresssite.com>' or something like that.?
