@utopian-io I disagree with the changes. Not all but I have my own opinion. Is development community only for steem developer? A tutor must be free to publish his/her own article or any new concept and can teach the whole steemit community ,among them who are intrested. You should have kept any other comparative measure to judge performance. Forcing to follow some criteria might distract them and they may can't reach their potential.
