@smokeasare165 I believe you are misunderstanding this project. I still believe in the blockchain as a transparent store of content. First this feature only relates to Finally comments, this interface, while it uses STEEM is completely separate from Steemit/Busy/Utopian. Other interfaces are free to represent data as they wish. FinallyComments allows guests to comment on the threads, (guests are those that do not have a STEEM account) because these guest accounts are not part of the blockchain and therefore can not be flagged there needs to be an alternative way to moderate these comments. This is also all still heavily WIP! The hope/aim is that creating accounts will be more seamless in future and there may be a better solution than using "guest" accounts.
