Hi @paulag, thanks for this. I'd read the SMT whitepaper and not really felt like I got my head around it. I'm glad to see that you have conceptualised the relationship between STEEM and SMTs in a similar way that I had. I note that on your analysis, if the price of STEEM were to have dropped from when the DTMT was launched to now, that the gains from curation could easily have been wiped out.
