We would like to propose our candidature for the reward. We [@swapsteem](https://steemit.com/@swapsteem) are building a p2p exchange for Steem blockchain where Steem users can trade their STEEM/SBD for fiat securely with trusted escrow transactions. We use inbuilt escrow feature provided by Steem blockchain and users Don't need to deposit funds to our account.

We also have an invite only alpha application for delegators and being supported by fundition and utopian for the Development and maintainance.
