Scan button doesn't appears when screen is rotated 
#### Expected behavior
Scan button was supposed to be shown for secure WiFi transfer when rotated.

#### Actual behavior
Cannot be scroll to the scan button for secure WiFi transfer.

#### How to reproduce
Download OpenKeychain from F-DROID
Open The application
Go to Secure WiFi Transfer
Roate the screen 

* Browser: v5.0
* Operating system: Android 8.1  , Model : Pixel XL
