Autumn has landed with a bang in the UK, it’s been a cool, wet and windy week reminding us those few super hot days we had during summer are not something to look forward to on a long term basis.

After the usual working week wind down of a weekend, which always seems to involve a good portion of the time remotely doing bits of work on the computers - Monday presented the usual mad dash of trying to process and ship the weekends and new orders being placed. While roasted coffee orders continue to be busy, having a team in place (and back for some) is making the whole process run much more smoothly. And with a full time roaster having more time available then I had, they are working hard at crafting the coffee roasts to add even more taste in the development phase. 

The big surprise though is the volumes of green raw coffee we are shipping at the moment, big orders including in some cases sack volumes are depleting stocks rapidly - next week we will be looking at bringing in 3 x 600kg pallets of new stock just to keep up with the green requirements - plus additions to keep our stock to roast level.

Meanwhile https://api.c0ff33a.uk is now fully operational on the new fast server I am renting, running HF26 haf for the Hive Blockchain it is showing very favourable results ranking generally around the top 5 nodes for access times. And with the Hardfork due very soon on October 11th - there has been a lot of back end work getting my two back up servers up and running on the latest release candidate - now on 5 after a flurry of last minute bug fixes - I should have both @c0ff33a and @whiterosecoffee comfortably producing blocks on the HF26 Hived on the 9th.

I still preferred vlogging in the car on the way to work because it was time efficient, but UK laws on distracted driving are very strict nowadays - mainly with mobile phone use - although you can still look behind you to talk to a back seat passenger and not get in trouble for running into something because you were looking the wrong way!

It's a very lucky niche we found, although others are starting to pick up on the opportunities of selling raw green coffee for people to roast themselves. Many roasters are just of the opinion only they can roast the coffee properly.......
