Below, you mentioned google play services. China blocks a lot of stuff, I hope cryptocurrencies and decentralized apps will eventually solve that problem. Until then, I have also uploaded the Smartcoins Wallet to Aptoide, Yandex, SlideMe, AlternativeTo and F-Droid (f-droid has not published it yet, but it should appear in the next 24-48 hours there).

My phone is Samsung Note 3 (N9002) , the BitShares Wallt APP v1.0.5 download from Aptoide is working now! There is some suggestion & bugs: 1. The show time of the LOGO “bitshares TM” is too long, also the time before and after. 2. Can not import Backup from the Phone's file manager, it can only load the specified type of file: https://www.steemimg.com/image/AIbIW 3. "setup"-"Backup Assets", what the mean of "Backup Assets"? Measure of the fees or the balances of the account, or the amount of the transactions? it's seems not working well.
